LOCAL DELIVERIES IN THE CUENCA AREA
There are two options:
(1) Payment by cash at time of delivery
(2) Payment in advance of delivery by deposit into one of the four bank accounts we have for the convenience of our customers. You can set up an online transfer from your bank to one of ours by doing an internal or external transfer. This option doesn't require that you go to the bank.
DELIVERIES TO OTHER PARTS OF ECUADOR
Payment in advance of shipment by deposit into one of the four bank accounts we have for the convenience of our customers. You can set up an online transfer from your bank to one of ours by doing an internal or external transfer. This option doesn't require that you go to the bank.
If you are paying in advance of delivery please let us know which bank you prefer: Banco Bolivariano, Banco Pichincha, JEP, or Banco Guayaquil. We will then email you the bank account information and we will enter into your record a notation about your bank of preference. When you have made payment email us the proof of payment receipt so that we can credit your account. If you don't notify us we will not know to check to the account to confirm your deposit.
For customers in the Cuenca area we are now delivering mail right to your door rather than dropping off at El Confesionario Restaurant because it is more convenient for our customers. If you prefer drop off at El Confesionario just let us know, as it will save you $2.00.
Now a note about our mascot (see our logo). Victor, our carrier pigeon, back from his honeymoon, has been very busy delivering for USA Valet. The lovely couple (Victor and Violetta) are blessed with fascinating friends all over the globe and they are interested in introducing one of their friends to you. Their friend is a passenger pigeon.
But wait... there is no such thing as a passenger pigeon! They're extinct! Victor and Violetta both say that the passenger pigeon is not extinct. They say that that they have a personal friend in Vilcabamba who is a passenger pigeon, and, they are determined to prove it to you. At their request we will schedule an interview with their friend, for a future blog post so stay tuned. Here is a picture of a beautiful pair of passenger pigeons.
