Where's My Package?
Updated: Mar 16
When your package arrives at the warehouse in Miami we send you an email to let you know of it's arrival. If you do not receive an email from us then it arrived as an unidentified package. This means that the warehouse doesn't know who it belongs to because part of the address is missing.
When you order something please be sure that you include the complete address, including USA Valet. The company that you order from may make a mistake and leave off part of the address, so, please check by going to your order history to be sure that they addressed the package correctly.
If you accidently have your package shipped with an incomplete address, or, you know that the company you ordered from made a mistake, then email us to let us know and include the tracking number so that the warehouse will be able to identify the package. Everything at the warehouse is sorted by tracking number so tracking numbers are extremely important.
If you are ordering a document that you need to receive quickly, or a credit/debit card that you need to receive quickly have it sent by DHL instead of through USA Valet. Also, shipping by USPS is not advised for time-sensitive shipments. Although it's very expensive to send an envelope by DHL you will receive it quicker.
If you are required to take life-sustaining meds, please arrange with the physician in charge in the USA that you receive a back-up supply. This will avoid your running out of meds if there is a strike blocking the roads in Ecuador, or other unfortunate event. DHL is your best bet if you are in a time-crunch to receive your meds, because Customs can take extra time in reviewing and releasing them. It is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to life-sustaining meds, and you also want to avoid any stress by putting yourself in a vulnerable position.
