regardless of quantity or size.
There is no service fee for letters inbound or outbound.

$5 ... up to 8 oz (1/2 lb)
$8 ... up to 12oz (3/4 lb)
$10 .. up to 16oz (1 lb)
$.625 per oz. over 16oz (1 lb)
