The Notify Us Form, which is located on the top menu bar of our website, is created so that you can let us know what is coming. It is a requirement that our customers fill out this form when they order something and have it shipped to the warehouse.
Each week we submit this list to the warehouse as a Manifest, and they refer to the list as things arrive, and make the list available to Customs in Ecuador.
The 'Notify Us' list is also important because we review it here in Ecuador to see if there is anything on the list that is not permitted to be shipped (such as firearms) or if there is something that is taxable, such as electronics.

When you notify us you can keep it simple, in fact, if you include a lot of information we usually delete the extra information before we submit the Manifest for the week. So, for instance, when ordering a supplement, such as, for example, Vitamin C, it is adequate to enter "Nitrivein Vitamin C". Any extra info, such as "1650mg - 180 Capsules - High Absorption Ascorbic Acid - Supports Immune System & Collagen Booster - Powerful Antioxidant" is irrelevant and we are going to delete it anyway so you may as well not bother writing it in.
Please don't enter in all capital letters, and please don't enter messages to us, such as, "I don't know the tracking number,", or, "I like to order these in bulk because it's cheaper."
If you want to enter the tracking number but don't have it yet, you can always email us and we will enter it for you. That way you don't need to delay submission of the form, since you might forget about it if you don't do it right away! Please don't enter your order number (which is irrelevant to us) in the tracking number field.
When entering a number of items - a list of things - please press the enter bar after each item. That will put each item on the next line of the spreadsheet.
If you have items coming with a different tracking number, please enter those items in a separate entry so that we know what is coming under a particular tracking number.
Any errors can be corrected by just emailing us and we'll make the correction. Anything can easily be corrected or revised by us.
